HOW TO LISTEN

You can either LISTEN ONCE DIRECTLY FROM THE WEBSITE or DOWNLOAD THE FILE TO YOUR COMPUTER and listen whenever and as often as you like.

LISTEN ONCE by simply double clicking on the  icon. This will start the file playing in whatever media player you have set up on your computer to play mp3 files.

DOWNLOADS: You may download and save shows to your computer following the directions below depending on whether you computer is a Mac or runs Windows.

MAC
To download a show, "option-click" on the icon, then select "Save As" (specifically, "Save Target As" in Internet Explorer, "Save Link As" in Firefox); then choose where on your computer you wish to save the MP3 of the show.

MS WINDOWS
To download a show, "right-click" on the icon, then select "Save As" (specifically, "Save Target As" in Internet Explorer, "Save Link As" in Firefox); then choose where on your computer you wish to save the MP3 of the show.

To listen once the MP3 file has been downloaded to and saved on your computer, just double-click on the file or file icon to open the MP3 in your default player.
